Brian T. Schwartz graduated with Honors from Swarthmore College near Philadelphia and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He was a Graduate Science and Technology Policy Fellow at the National Academy of Sciences and a research assistant at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, D.C. His articles on health care reform have appeared in several publications including TCS Daily, the Rocky Mountain News, the Denver Post.
